Jamie Rayford

Jamie Rayford serves as Executive Director of the Center for Early Learning Solutions at Forward Arkansas, where she leads efforts to strengthen Arkansas’s early childhood systems through strategic partnerships, local leadership support, and innovative solutions.

With more than a decade of experience in education, community development, and cross-sector partnerships, Jamie specializes in helping organizations translate ambitious goals into practical strategies and sustainable operating models. She previously led implementation efforts for the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s grassroots strategic plan as its Chief Strategy Officer. She is a former Excel by 8 community coalition facilitator and one of the Arkansas Department of Education’s inaugural Local Lead captains.

Jamie holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Leadership Studies. She is a certified Professional Community Economic Developer.
