A growing network
Educators are the driving force behind transforming the learning experience. They understand what’s working in classrooms, where challenges exist, and what it will take to help every child succeed. We offer the support—coaching, technical assistance, peer collaboration, practical resources, and more—to strengthen educators’ capacity to improve student outcomes.
We work alongside K-12 districts, inviting educators to collaborate, build their skills, and design new approaches to enhance student learning. As educators refine and share successful practices with peers, innovation spreads from school to school and across communities. This ripple effect is helping build a stronger education system—one where educators are invited to lead the charge.
Educator Preparation Program Design Collaborative
Data shows that early-career teachers often do not feel prepared for the challenges they may face or to teach their assigned subject areas, resulting in many leaving within their first five years. Through the EPP Design Collaborative, we’ve helped strengthen the educator preparation experience to encourage teachers to enter, stay, and thrive in the classroom.
Teach Arkansas
To address our ongoing teacher shortage, we partnered with the Arkansas Department of Education to launch Teach Arkansas, highlighting the opportunities, benefits, and pathways to pursuing a career in the classroom.
