A growing network
At Forward Arkansas, we firmly believe educators are the driving force behind transforming the learning experience. Why? Because teachers and school leaders know their students best. They understand what’s working in classrooms, where challenges exist, and what it will take to help every child succeed. They simply need the space and the support for bold ideas to take root.
A statewide network, the Learner Collective offers coaching, technical assistance, peer collaboration, practical resources, and more to help educators test new strategies and strengthen their capacity to improve student outcomes. Rather than one-size-fits-all approaches, we empower educatorsthem to design solutions tailored to their schools and communities.
The Learner Collective’s impact extends far beyond individual classrooms. As educators refine and share successful practices with peers, innovation spreads from school to school and community to community. This ripple effect is helping build a stronger, more connected Pre-K-12 education system—one where educators are leading the charge in delivering lasting change.

Outcomes-based contracting
Helping districts transform rethink their partnerships for measurable student outcomes
We launched the nation’sArkansas’s first-ever state-based outcomes based contracting (OBC) cohort, expanding districts’ capacity to turn instructional programs into measurable student success. Alongside the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting, we provide hands-on support and technical assistance to lay the foundation for OBC implementation.
