Brittney Hickman
Senior Operations Associate
Before joining Forward Arkansas, Hickman worked at Helen Tyson Middle School in Springdale, where she served for eight years as assistant principal. In this role, she oversaw the school’s day-to-day operations, supported instructional initiatives, organized large-scale projects, and managed Title I/ESA/ESSR budget allocations. Hickman graduated from the University of Arkansas, where she earned her master’s in education administration and bachelor's in elementary education.
