Challenge:
District leaders and educators deeply understand the challenges their students face and are eager for innovative approaches to address them more effectively. However, the day-to-day requirements of their jobs limit their capacity to develop and implement new solutions.
Solution:
Forward engages educators throughout Arkansas to understand local needs and priorities. We then create opportunities for them to receive capacity, guidance and support from expert local and national providers in the areas they identify. In 2021, Forward partnered with national nonprofit Instruction Partners to support Arkansas districts in developing effective learning acceleration strategies and with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce to share its expertise in creating effective community partnerships
